interesting, are you an AV company? what is your main product? led screens for stages?

Every event is filled with last-minute changes :D :D .. my rule #1: don't have any meetings set for myself from the start to the end of an event. It is almost a rule that something will go wrong :) Another rule: don't stress, because your attendees will never notice these hiccups :)

super clean setup (the setup takes AV team presence very seriously) with 3 huge TV screen. Venue: St. Gallen University:

here is a budget-feel startup stage in Riga, Latvia. I don't agree with the choice of the stage floor - way too cheap look, though, the idea is very simple to be replicated :)

Let me create a thread where we all can share nice stage setups you have seen when attending one or another event/conference. Let me start with a stage that has really impressed me today in Brussels: wider shot (includes the ceiling setup): the stage has 2 cameras that are ready to film a...

Welcome! Now I see - are you more a local event entertainment company / event supplier, that is based in Jacksonville? And, are you main products: immersive murder mystery dinner experiences, private shows and team-building events? Welcome to this forum! In either of the cases - you are most...

Wow!! Looks super interesting! Are you considering doing this? I need to bookmark this thread :D :D .. have been looking into entering the US soil with some smaller events that do not resemble existing industry (my niche: domain name industry) events. Curious on costs, the whole experience of...
