tweeted streamtext and tagged them in a linkedin post > let us wait for the to join EEF and share more.. I'm especially curious on case studies and breaking down prices

recently I was attanding a data centre expo in London (Excel London), and went to a couple of the presentations on the last day. and, was pleasantly surprised to see high quality realtime captions. usually live captions are rubbish, especially if English is not the mother tongue to the speaker...

the more I think about these > the body needs to be metal (bearing in mind transportation and that it will be dismantled and put together many many times).. wooden podiums/lenterns don't seem to be fit for dismantling (anyone moving ikea furniture will know this) :) this one actually looks...

then, there are simple metal constructions like these: ref: https://www.lecternstoreus.com/products/k5-lectern-podium-lcd-display though looks a bit simplistic for this price range.. what do you think?

my collegues in Dubai are using this podium - that has a built in monitor: .. it looks slick and very nice indeed, though I am thinking of a being able to show even more information on the screen = larger screen. This one looks really cool, though seems to be an overkill as includes lots of...

What’s been your experience with choosing podiums for your stages? We’re trying to strike the right balance between functionality and speaker comfort—especially for those who prefer to move around or use notes/devices. Have you found any particular styles or setups that work especially well (or...

What has been your experience with selecting chairs for speakers on stage? We once had a situation where a female speaker felt quite uncomfortable due to the style of chair combined with her outfit (a beautiful dress that ended just above the knees). It made me realize how important this detail...

Welcome @Daniel!!! :)

What software do you use to stream the presentations? This year I am thinking returning to OBS, with the main mission to be able to show as clean as possible presentation file alongside the presenter.. something like this: .. don't want to have that flickering screen :) of course, it would...

Also, which "P" (pixel pitch) LED walls do you prefer? What are the best for photos and video footage? I noticed that white letters on as dark background as possible looks better on video (flickering doesn't show up). 2 samples: dark background and white background: ==== Also, is there a...

What have you found works the best for your event as the LED video wall? my view is that today, without a LED video wall, an event with 100+ attendees can't be seen as professional > a projector and a screen look so "last century", where an LED video wall allows to show presentations in a large...

.. just contacted mjseventservices.com > curious about all things "carpets" right now :) .. the prices, set up time, tear-down and other questions I am not familiar with, yet. would love to hear your experience

Do you invest in colourful carpets when organizing your events? I have noticed that the imact of colourful carpets is HUGE from the very first moment when people enter the event space.. uplifts the mood and makes photos/videos look on a totally different level. .. I am checking the 3d tour...

Over 10+ years, general press releases have been useful only for post-coverage of the evens I organize. What is your experience with the industry media? We are very lucky and the the leading domain name industry news website DNJournal (Domain Summit is a B2B event for domain name industry)...

What’s one strategy that has really moved the needle for you lately - email, social, partnerships, ads, something else? For me - having social proof of other attendees/speakers on social media.

It is an absolute honour to announce this, that finally the EventExpertForum.com is now fully live!!! The EEF forum has been created as, strangely enough, there wasn’t a single proper online forum for event professionals. At least, I haven't been able to find one. Yes, there are LinkedIn and...
