Every event is filled with last-minute changes :D :D .. my rule #1: don't have any meetings set for myself from the start to the end of an event. It is almost a rule that something will go wrong :) Another rule: don't stress, because your attendees will never notice these hiccups :)

a stage in an expo (London Excel) where the organizers are saving money on LED walls and difficult screen setups that always result in larger expenses for event organisers. .. have to say, that I was there and it actually looked good :) .. well, ok :)
