Domain Summit is a B2B convention for the domain name industry. We started in London, and now we’re building something global.
Domain Summit History
August, 2022 - First event (rented a cool Asian restaurant for 2 days in London, UK) - 150 people
2023 - Second event - Hilton London Metropole (London)
2024 - Third event, also in the Hilton London Metropole (London).. lost around 20k gbp with it.. was a magnificant event, though kicked me back for few years financially
2025 - Upcoming event rebranded as Domain Summit Europe, taking place on September 2–3, 2025 at the Business Design Centre, London
For around 1 year I am trying to expand globally: so far, and for various reasons, have dropped plans to do events on Las Vegas, New York, Hong Kong. Almost ready to announce Nairobi, Kenya as the location for the Domain Summit Africa 2026.
I’ve been in the hosting and domains space for years. Have done 20+ smaller events for the Latvian Chamber of Commerce for the UK (was co-founder and Director) - closed as never pulled really off. Also, over years, have done a number of networking events for Latvian online business community in both Latvia and the UK.
My unfair advantage: have aquired a number of domain name legacy forums to be able to promote Domain Summit:
These days for sole target is growing Domain Summit to the level of the largest European event for my industry and making sure it can finally put food on table, pay the bills and allow to maintain the life-style of a professional events organizer.
I created the EventExpertForum.com as could not find a single forum dedicated to event professionals.. for us to learn, share, and grow together. Yes, there are Linkedin groups, Facebook groups, private communities and most probably Discord, X Spaces and more. As a "Forum Guy" - I sincerely believe that events industry needs to have our own online forum, that is indexed by Google, ChatGPT and is well organized in simple sections and categories, that I have created in the best way I + ChatGPT + Grok could do

- acorndomains.co.uk - oldest UK domain forum, est 2004
