ahh.. a life lesson :( .. we had 2 session stages, and 1 of the microphones was a little faulty. .. I was runing around busy and didn't think how important later this will be when the session videos will be uploaded to our YouTube channel :(

.. now we are talking about lots and lots of time lost trying to save the tracks.. tx God for all the audio enchancing software solutions, like https://podcast.adobe.com/en/enhance and still, in some cases, the sound can't be saved fully :(

.. so painful to see errors like these that are related to limited budgets not being able to hire the best pros :/ ..

Life lessons:
  • people responsible for sound quality = AV team
  • videographer shall feel comfortable reporting such an issue for AV team & organizers (if not resolved) > an independent sound quality checker
  • organizer is responsible attending occasional sessions to make sure sound is good

.. yes, in my case I told our teams that we are racing against time, with limited budgets and errors will be not punished (my responsibility as the organizer to compromise on cheaper tech and teams). .. and still, so sad :( .. and much much time wasted now trying to solve this
