If you run a venue and keep retyping event details across spreadsheets, BEOs and floorplans, MyVenueHQ keeps those details on one event record.
The Free plan includes one venue, two staff seats, 20 events per month and 250 contacts, with BEOs, floorplans and menus. Free-plan ticketing has a 5% buyer fee. Contracts and POS sync are on the paid Venue plan.
For venues that need unlimited events and contacts, contracts, proposals, invoices and POS sync, code FOUNDING50 gives new paying customers the Venue plan at $50 USD/month for the first three paid months, then $100/month. A 14-day trial comes first; card required for that paid-plan trial.
The introductory paid offer includes one assisted setup session of up to 60 minutes for one venue, one event and a reusable BEO template. Bulk migration and custom integrations are excluded.
